Booking conditions
To confirm a reservation, we require a 50% deposit. The reservation will be confirmed as soon as the deposit has been received.
In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the booked stay, no costs will be charged and the deposit will be refunded. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the booked stay, the full accommodation costs will be charged.
Arrival and Departure
Check in time is from 4 to 7 pm on the day of arrival and check out till 11 am on the morning of departure. Please get in contact with us if you need any exception to this policy.
Car parking is available for guests’ use within the grounds.
Dinner reservations
As we use local fresh products and serve home-cooked dishes we’re asking you to book your dinner 24 hours in advance. Should you have any food allergies or intolerances please let us know.
Our home
Maison Duroy is a beautiful private residence and it is also our home. We ask you to treat it with the same respect as it was yours.
In case you’re falling in love with one of our collectables please let us know and we’re happy to offer it for a fair price. We reserve the right to charge for items from our rooms missing.
Payment
Payment is due on the morning of departure and we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Apple Pay and cash
Prices
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. This does not affect bookings already made.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Place of jurisdiction/applicable law
For any disputes arising from this contract, Bordeaux, France shall be the place of jurisdiction, unless another legally binding place of jurisdiction exists.
French law is exclusively applicable for all contractual, reservation and possible additional agreements and general conditions. Place of performance and payment is 47600 Francescas.
